I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too make me feel welcome, even helping me print my concert tickets and upgrading my room for free. The location was perfect, with the subway station right across the road and a supermarket just a few steps away. I felt safe walking back to the hotel alone at night, as it was only a 5-minute walk from the concert venue. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind. They even provided complimentary bottles of water during the hot weather. an amazing experience.

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the train station, making it easy to reach all of the attractions in the city. The location is away from the noisy city center, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. the hotel is just across the metro station, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
There were some instances where guests experienced issues with the hotel, such as inconsistent breakfast times and selection, as well as inconsistencies with room cleaning.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me with printing my concert tickets and ensuring I had a great experience. They even upgraded me to a double-bed room for free. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Accor Arena, and I felt safe walking back to the hotel alone at night. The metro station right in front of the hotel made it easy to explore the city, and there was a convenient grocery store across the road. the comfortable and friendly environment made for a wonderful stay.

I had a great experience at Mercure. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the subway and bus stops right outside the hotel. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The room was comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall value was good.
